Victory Crossing Senior Apartments offers one- and two-bedroom apartments, each featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, a digital control thermostat, many LEED® certified amenities and a stackable washer and dryer. The living room and bedrooms feature plank flooring. Handicap accessible apartments are also available.

The thoughtfully designed apartment homes feature walk-in closets, washer and dryer, and different floor plans to contribute to an active, healthy lifestyle. Residents can enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with a frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal and self-cleaning electric range. A microwave, digital control thermostat and stackable washer and dryer are also provided in each apartment home. Stylish and low maintenance plank flooring is featured in the living room and bedrooms.

Pet Policy

Pet Policy: Dogs, cats, birds and fish in small aquariums (20 gallon max) are welcome. A maximum of two dogs, cats or birds in any combination are permitted in each apartment with a maximum weight of 35lbs. full grown. A refundable pet deposit of $300 will be required at move in for each animal. Management must see all pets prior to their move in and has the right to deny any pet that may violate the community rules and regulations or be a danger to the Community. Breed restrictions apply.
